Terms of Service

Please read this Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using Zkt Timer ("Platform") services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Parties

This Agreement is concluded between İbrahim Yıldız, the developer of Zkt Timer ("Zkt Timer"), and the user of the Platform ("User").

2. Scope of Service

Zkt Timer is a platform offering an online timer for the Rubik's cube and other twisty puzzles, statistics tracking, algorithm training, smart cube support and community features such as rooms and Online Battle. The Platform is provided "as is" and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Membership and Terms of Use

  • The User represents that the information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
  • Users under the age of 18 must have obtained parental or legal guardian consent to use the Platform.
  • The User may only use the Platform for lawful purposes. Activities that threaten the Platform's security, harm other users, or disrupt system operations are prohibited.
  • The User is solely responsible for account security (passwords, etc.). Any unauthorized use of the account must be immediately reported to the Platform.
  • Zkt Timer may suspend or terminate a User's membership in case of a breach of this Agreement, abuse, or harm to other users.

4. User Content and Community Rules

You are responsible for the content you add to your profile, messages and room chats, and you give us the permission needed to display it on the Platform. The following are prohibited:

  • Content containing insults, harassment, threats, hate speech or discrimination,
  • Spam, advertising or misleading links,
  • Impersonating another person or sharing other people's personal information without permission,
  • Unlawful or obscene content, or content infringing intellectual property rights.

Reported content is reviewed; content that breaks these rules may be removed and the account concerned may be restricted.

5. Fair Use

Times entered into rankings, Online Battle and rooms must reflect real solves. Made-up times, altered smart cube data or results obtained with automation tools are deleted when detected; ratings may be reset and the account may be restricted.

6. Relationship with the WCA and ZKT

Zkt Timer is an independent app; it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the World Cube Association (WCA). WCA competition and result information is shown from the WCA's public data for information purposes. Zeka Küpü Türkiye (ZKT) competitions are organised by ZKT; Zkt Timer only displays their information.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, designs, content, images, and trademarks on the Platform belong to Zkt Timer or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer

Zkt Timer shall not be held liable for data loss, connection errors, or hardware incompatibilities that may occur during Platform use. Access to third-party links is at the User's own responsibility.

9. Paid Services and Refunds

Some services on the Platform are paid. Pro membership purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store; payment, subscription management and refunds are subject to the policy of the relevant store. New subscribers are offered a 7-day free trial. For refund requests, please contact App Store or Google Play support directly. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription; you must cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play settings.

10. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time with "Delete Account" in the "Danger Zone" section of your account settings. Deletion is permanent; your solves, sessions, statistics and messages cannot be restored. Before deleting, you can export your data from Settings.

11. Changes to the Agreement

Zkt Timer reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Updated terms take effect on the date they are published on the Platform. Users are advised to periodically review this page.

12. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by Turkish law. For disputes arising in your capacity as a consumer, the Consumer Arbitration Committees are competent within the monetary limits set under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, and the Consumer Courts above those limits.
