Please read this Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using Zkt Timer ("Platform") services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Parties

This Agreement is entered into between Zkt Timer and the user ("User") who uses the Platform.

2. Scope of Service

Zkt Timer is a platform that provides its users with an online speed cube/cup timer, statistics tracking, algorithms, and related training tools. The Platform is provided "as-is" and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Membership and Terms of Use

  • The User represents that the information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
  • Users under the age of 18 must have obtained parental or legal guardian consent to use the Platform.
  • The User may only use the Platform for lawful purposes. Activities that threaten the Platform's security, harm other users, or disrupt system operations are prohibited.
  • The User is solely responsible for account security (passwords, etc.). Any unauthorized use of the account must be immediately reported to the Platform.
  • Zkt Timer reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User's membership without providing any reason.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, designs, content, images, and trademarks on the Platform belong to Zkt Timer or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Zkt Timer shall not be held liable for data loss, connection errors, or hardware incompatibilities that may occur during Platform use. Access to third-party links is at the User's own responsibility.

6. Paid Services and Refunds

Some services on the Platform are subject to fees. Pro membership purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store; payment, subscription management, and refund processes are subject to the respective store's policies. A 7-day free trial is available to new subscribers. For refund requests, please contact App Store or Google Play support directly.

7. Changes to the Agreement

Zkt Timer reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Updated terms take effect on the date they are published on the Platform. Users are advised to periodically review this page.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by Turkish law, and the relevant Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
